Maidenhair-Tree
MAIDENHAIR-TREE is a popular name for Ginkgo biloba, a remarkable and handsome gymnospermous tree, the fan-shaped leaves of which with their forked veins recall those of the maidenhair (see GYMNOS PERMS).
